Introducing : Draft & Backorder
Hey guys,
We’ve recently added two new order statuses to improve the efficiency of the ordering process: Backorder status and Draft.
Draft order intended for a situation where you created a new order but do not want, for certain reasons, the seller to start working on it.
You and your seller can modify it, but the seller will not start working on this order until after you move the order to “New”. ( order number > menu > new )
Dear seller, are you familiar with the situation that you’re missing a product in stock and your customer’s entire order is delayed? Especially for this we’ve created the Backorder status that allows you to split the order and handle parts of it.
From now on you can send your customer the available products and charge him for them and the rest of the products will be sent to him when you receive them for inventory.
This feature allows you to better serve your customer by not delaying his entire order due to a lack of partial inventory.
How to use:
- A new order can be turned into Backorder in case the seller can’t process the order for a particular reason. ( order number > menu > backorder )
- A Processing order can be turned into a Backorder, which allows you to process a part of it. ( reduce the number of the products > menu > backorder > the products in the cart create a new order which is a Backorder. )
- Our new filtering options allow you to find backorders according to the products they contain, which makes it easy for you to see who is waiting for which product.
